Carmen Maughan

Carmen Maughan, is our Learning and Development Manager at Bennett.

Carmen is a learning and development specialist with considerable experience within the legal profession across membership associations and legal private practice in a career spanning 25 years.

She has pronounced strengths in coordinating, developing, delivering and evaluating high quality professional learning, training and development programs across all competencies and a diverse range of delivery methods including in instructional design and online learning delivery.

She currently volunteers as an Executive Committee Member for the Continuing Legal Education Association of Australasia (CLEAA) and also serves on the Management Committee for the Society of African Australian Lawyers Inc. (SAALI).

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Resources) from the University of Cape Town.
