Christine is an experienced practitioner in the fields of commercial litigation and dispute resolution in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and Federal Court of Australia.

She has acted for a broad range of clients in a number of factually and legally complex matters including acting for the North West Shelf Domestic Gas providers in its dispute with Verve Energy over the interpretation of ‘reasonable endeavours’.

Christine engages with clients to identify and provide strategic options prior to and during the course of litigation for both individual and corporate clients.

Additionally, given Christine’s previous experience as a corporate solicitor for AON Australia she has a particular interest in providing strategic and contractual advice in relation to insurance for company directors, corporations and professionals in circumstances where indemnity under an insurance policy is contested.

Given her interests in the arts Christine is an Associate member of the Chamber of Arts and Culture Western Australia and was a previous Board member of Youth Ballet WA Inc. Recently, Christine was appointed as vice-chair of Access Plus WA Deaf Inc (previously known as the Deaf Society WA Inc.)
