Colette is a commercial litigator of twenty years’ experience.

She works primarily in the superior courts on complex commercial disputes.

She has specialist skills and experience in working on large disputes involving large volumes of documents, multiple witnesses and expert evidence. Throughout her career she has worked for a variety of clients including high net worth individuals, mining companies and large statutory corporations.

Colette has considerable trial experience having instructed local and eastern states senior counsel in a number of high profile trials in the Supreme Court and Federal Court.
