Courtney Smith

Bennett’s People and Culture Advisor, Courtney Smith, joined the firm in 2023.

Courtney graduated from Lancaster University in England, UK with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with Human Resource Management in 2019.

Courtney has experience in Human Resources across multiple industries and works alongside our People and Culture Manager. Courtney provides support to all Bennett’s employees and plays an active role within our Health and Wellbeing initiatives.

Courtney manages the recruitment and the application process for the Bennett Clerkship Program.
