Ebony is a Consultant in the Intellectual Property Law division of the firm.

Ebony was admitted as a lawyer in 2004 and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate governance, equity raisings, complex commercial agreements, consumer law matters and managed investments. She has worked at a number of major Australian and International law firms and most recently spent 6 years as in-house counsel at HBF Health Limited.

Ebony now specialises in intellectual property and technology law. She advises both domestic and international clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to trade marks, copyright and patents as well as passing off, licensing and confidential information. She also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of intellectual property based agreements including those relating to sponsorship, non-disclosure and technology licensing.
