Mark MacLennan

Mark’s legal career spans 36 years, mostly in Western Australia, and before that in New Zealand.

Mark’s primary area of practice is commercial and corporate dispute resolution and litigation. As well, he provides industry specific legal, contracting and advisory services for SMEs and large companies in the defence, construction and engineering sectors.

Mark is a trusted advisor to a number of significant companies operating in Western Australia and further afield. In the dispute resolution space, Mark appears regularly in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and a range of other courts and tribunals, as well as appearing as counsel in confidential mediations and arbitrations.

Mark has long-standing and valuable working relationships with some of Australia’s leading barristers, and also with allied professionals in the forensic accounting and engineering fields. Mark manages high-value litigation and commercial transactions effectively, with discretion, and without drama.

Mark serves as a board member of two respected industry associations in Western Australia.
