Bennett’s People and Culture Manager, Sharon Kershaw, joined the firm in 2023.

Sharon has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

Sharon has over 20 years experience in human resources management with over a number of industries including law, professional services and the gas industry, she specialises in generalist human resources, managing the People and Culture function and building a strong and positive culture within the firm.
