Bennett co-hosts the launch of Professor David Rolph’s latest book, Contempt (The Federation Press, 2023)

On Thursday 9 November 2023, Bennett – Litigation and Commercial Law and The University of Western Australia Law School co-hosted the launch of Professor David Rolph’s latest book, Contempt (The Federation Press, 2023).

The in-person CPD event featured speeches from The Hon Robert French AC (UWA) and Professor David Rolph (University of Sydney) and was hosted by Bennett’s Consultant Dr Michael Douglas.

The event provided unique insights into a difficult area of law essential to the media’s coverage of the legal system, among other things.
