Eliza Fletcher

Eliza joined Bennett in 2023 and practices in Bennett’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Eliza completed her Bachelor of Laws at Curtin University.

She also studied abroad in Belgium at the University of Ghent where she studied European Union Law and Information Governance.

She first joined Bennett as a Research Clerk in 2023 before becoming one of our new 2025 Law Graduates which provided her with experience across a variety of different practice areas.

She works in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Eliza was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November 2025.
