Edward Parra

Edward is a specialist projects, infrastructure and construction lawyer.

He advises across the full project lifecycle, from procurement and contract structuring through to project delivery, claims and dispute resolution, acting for principals, contractors and consultants across the building, infrastructure, mining and defence sectors.

He advises on front-end construction, including drafting and negotiating Australian Standard and bespoke contracts, as well as procurement strategy and risk allocation. At the back end, he provides strategic advice on contentious construction matters, including delay, variations and security of payment disputes.

Edward holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Western Australia and serves as a director of North Perth Community Financial Services Limited, a Bendigo Bank community bank franchise providing grant funding to local organisations.

He has developed a growing practice in the defence sector and plays a leadership role in the firm’s defence offering.
