Jaxon Lee

Jaxon is an Associate at Bennett, specialising in corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, mining and resources transactions, capital markets and ASX-listed company advisory work.

He advises clients across the full transaction lifecycle, including initial structuring, due diligence, negotiation and execution of documentation.

His experience includes IPOs, secondary capital raisings, mining and resources-related transactions, ASX Listing Rules compliance, corporate governance, shareholder matters, and general corporate advisory work. Jaxon also provides advice on commercial contracting, statutory compliance and broader corporate law matters.

Jaxon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Indonesian Language and Political Science), a Master of International Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

He is admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia
