Jordan Hilligenn

Jordan is a Senior Associate in Bennett’s Corporate and Commercial practice.

Jordan advises businesses on corporate transactions, complex commercial arrangements, corporate structuring, governance, and strategic commercial matters.

His experience spans private practice and senior in-house legal roles in Australia and South Africa, including appointments as Head of Group Legal for a diversified corporate group and interim General Counsel for an ASX-listed resources company. Jordan combines technical legal expertise with a strong understanding of business operations and commercial strategy, delivering practical advice that supports clients in navigating complex decisions, managing risk and achieving their commercial objectives.

He also has a particular interest in emerging technologies and the role of artificial intelligence in transforming legal services and business operations.

Jordan holds degrees in Law and Commerce and is dual-qualified in Australia and South Africa.
