Jessica Haddad

Jessica practices in Bennett’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Jessica graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management in 2021. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Australia in 2022 and High Court in 2023.

Jessica works on a broad range of matters across the Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Employment, Defamation and Intellectual Property practices at Bennett.  She has experience advising a broad range of clients across varies industries on disputes arising in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Federal Court of Australia, District Court of Western Australia, Fair Work Commission and Magistrates Court of Western Australia.
