Outside of her practice in the law, Amy is an elected member of the WA committee for the Australian Museums and Galleries Association and is a passionate advocate for the arts and collecting sector.
As Head of Intellectual Property at Bennett, Amy oversees the firm’s dynamic Intellectual Property (IP) practice, advising clients on IP protection, registration, infringement and enforcement.
With significant expertise in IP disputes and litigation, Amy works with clients to enforce and realise the full value of their IP assets.
