Lucy de Graaf

Lucy is one of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitors.

Lucy graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2023.

Prior to joining Bennett, Lucy worked in tax controversy and dispute resolution and has experience advising on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and cross-border transactions, as well as supporting clients through ATO and other regulatory reviews, audits and disputes. Lucy also has experience in estate litigation, estate planning and non-contentious estate administration.

Lucy has experience advising clients regarding disputes in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, the High Court of Australia and the Administrative Review Tribunal.

Lucy was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in June 2025.
