I am a Principal practicing in complex, commercial litigation in Western Australian and Australia superior courts.
I am particularly focused on mining, technical, contractual and corporate disputes, with interests in technology and aerospace. I hold a Master of Laws (By Research) from Murdoch University in Aviation Law, focusing on global drone regulation.
I am a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society – Australian Division, and am on the Executive Committee of the Aviation Law Association of Australia and New Zealand, being president of the Perth Branch.
