Michelle Hankey

Michelle is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial section of the firm and a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.

Michelle prepares, and advises on, a wide variety of commercial documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, services agreements, assignment deeds, terms of business, privacy policies, settlement deeds and confidentiality agreements.

She also advises clients across a range of commercial matters, including commercial agreements, intellectual property law, the Australian Consumer Law and privacy law.

Michelle is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Licensing Executives Society of Australia & NZ and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and NZ (Member and WA Local Area committee member 2023 and 2024).
