Nathan Ebbs

Nathan has been the Managing Principal of Bennett since October 2016 and has oversight over all aspects of the practice.

He practises in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution section of the firm and is recognised by Doyle’s Guide as one of Western Australia’s Leading Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyers. From 2021, Nathan has been recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia in the Litigation category.

Since 2005, he has acted for public and private companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals in many high-profile cases in the Supreme Court, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. In recent years, Nathan’s practice has expanded to include employment and agribusiness.

Nathan has been a board member of disability support group Identitywa since 2009 and was a council member of the Law Society of Western Australia for six years (2014 – 2017 and 2019 – 2020).
