Rachel Ross

Rachel’s experience in litigation and dispute resolution has assisted her clients to achieve pragmatic and commercial outcomes both with and without the assistances of the Courts.

Rachel has over 10 years’ experience representing a range of clients on complex and high stakes litigation matters across all West Australian and Federal first instance and appellate jurisdictions.

She regularly provides advice to clients involved in complex contractual disputes, defamation and media law, insolvency and winding up actions, claims under the ACL and Corporations Act claims for breach of directors duties and oppression.

Rachel has a passion for advocating the important work of charities and not for profits and is a board member of Western Australia’s oldest not for profit organisation, Ngala.
