Rebecca Barber

Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial section of the firm.

Rebecca brings a wealth of experience advising a range of organisations, including ASX‑listed entities, private companies, co‑operatives and not‑for‑profit organisations, on corporate and commercial matters across multiple sectors. Her work spans both advisory and transactional matters, including commercial drafting and negotiation, corporate transactions, and governance, risk and compliance.

Before joining Bennett, Rebecca served as an in‑house lawyer in the mining, financial services and philanthropy sectors. She also worked at Gilbert + Tobin in Melbourne, where she advised on complex corporate and commercial matters in highly regulated environments.
