Summer Pitts

Summer is a Solicitor in Bennett’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Summer works in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, which has seen her gain experience across a broad range of matters, particularly in the context of commercial disputes involving contracts, shareholders, trusts, consumer law and company law. She also practices in defamation law.

She has experience advising clients regarding disputes in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Magistrates Court of Western Australia and the State Administrative Tribunal.

Summer graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023, with Honours. She obtained specialisations in Corporate and Commercial Law, and Contemporary Legal Issues.

Summer joined Bennett as a Research Clerk in July 2023 and thereafter joined the Intellectual Property Team, where she gained exposure to variety of practice areas within the firm.

Summer was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2024.
