Bennett’s Baristas and Solicitors – Fostering Connections and Community

On 23 February 2024,  Bennett Solicitors hosted another series of our renowned event, “Baristas and Solicitors.” This unique gathering provided a refreshing environment, offering our younger lawyers an informal platform to forge meaningful connections and navigate through the intricacies of business development.

The Baristas and Solicitors has consistently served as a cornerstone event for Bennett Solicitors, offering our team invaluable opportunities to expand professional networks. Through engaging conversations and shared experiences, our solicitors have cultivated lasting relationships within and beyond our firm.

Unlike the conventional networking events, the Baristas and Solicitors creates a relaxed atmosphere to interactions. By exchanging ideas over a cup of coffee, our Solicitors have discovered common interests, shared challenges and innovative solutions fostering a sense of camaraderie essential to our collaborative culture.

We remain committed to nurturing a supportive environment where our Solicitors can develop professionally. Their focus is on building relationships – learning about people and understanding their needs and interests. They make an effort to keep in touch, regularly to eventually aim to build relationships with existing and potential contacts and with potential referrals.

Other lawyers with different expertise are valuable sources to our solicitors. These sessions are also a great way for our solicitors to stay connected with old-school friends, university alumni and former colleagues.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding this initiative to develop connections to drive excellence.

We invite you to experience the collaboration of Baristas and Solicitors.
