Due to an internal promotion, Bennett is looking for a bright and motivated full-time Receptionist to join our team.

The opportunity
Bennett is currently looking for a Receptionist. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors and staff in a professional, friendly manner;
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls; take accurate messages and follow up as required;
- Coordinate meeting room bookings; set up rooms (AV/teleconferencing) and maintain tidy, welcoming reception and common areas;
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and courier deliveries; arrange outgoing mail and courier bookings together with the Administration team;
- Order and replenish office supplies;
- Order catering for events and client meetings;
- Escalate issues appropriately and contribute to the continuous improvement of reception and office procedures;
- General office assistance, particularly supporting our accounts team members;
- Manage expenses/invoices; and
- Working closely with the Business Development & Marketing Team (Events), Legal Operations Manager and the Administration Team.
What you need
Ideally, to be successful in your application for this position, you will:
- Have a bright and cheerful personality;
- Be a team player and provide assistance where required;
- Always be professionally attired with a confident and courteous telephone manner;
- Work effectively with people at all levels in a professional and friendly manner;
- Have basic Microsoft Word skills;
- Have effective organisation and time management skills;
- Have a high degree of confidentiality; and
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
