About the role

As Bennett’s Legal Technology Coordinator (LTC), you’ll be at the center of operations for our Legal Technology team, running matter workflows, keeping deliverables on track, and leading firm innovation projects. You’ll work directly with the Legal Technology & Innovation Manager (LTM) to coordinate paralegals and vendor resources to ensure our litigation teams show up trial‑ready, every time.

What you’ll do

  • Matter management & planning: Lead scoping for new matters (timeline, resources, deliverables), draft matter plans, track court activity and deadlines, and assist trial teams working on complex litigation.
  • Resource allocation: Manage the day‑to‑day workflow of Legal Tech Paralegals to assign tasks by urgency and capacity and liaising with external vendors to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Process improvement: Capture lessons learned, provide best practice guidance, and support the LTM with internal technology projects and innovation priorities.

What you’ll bring

  • Background in Legal Project Management, Legal Operations, or you’re a Senior Paralegal ready to pivot into Ops.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Legal Project Management, Legal Operations, or as a Senior Paralegal.
  • Proven experience managing expectations, workload, and stakeholders in a professional services environment.
  • Specific experience with litigation matters is required.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills, experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
  • A continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to document processes, track compliance, and turn insights into practical changes.

How you’ll work with us

You’ll collaborate closely with the LTM to keep complex litigation matters moving, bridging communication between legal teams, paralegals, and specialist vendors. The LTC role is hands‑on, delivery‑focused, and central to trial preparation, ready for someone who thrives on structure, momentum, and measurable impact.

Why join Bennett
