Mental Health Week at Bennett + Co Corporate & Commercial Law

At Bennett + Co the mental health and wellbeing of our staff and their families is of the greatest importance.

During Mental Health Week (7 – 13 October), the firm participated in a number of activities to raise awareness amongst our staff of the importance of good mental health.

The activities included lunchtime tai chi, group walks, a healthy morning tea and Blue Shirt Wednesday.

We were also fortunate enough to hear from a guest speaker Dr Marny Lishman on the topic “The Thriving Professional” at our Wednesday Lunchtime Seminar.

Bennett + Co is committed to ensuring the mental (and physical) health of our staff is a paramount consideration in all that we do and acknowledges the role of the firm in maintaining a working environment consistent with that commitment.
