Chloe Tolley

Chloe is a Senior Associate in the Bennett’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution section.

Chloe has broad litigation experience and has worked on a variety of matters for ASX listed companies, corporations and individuals in all Western Australian jurisdictions.

Chloe has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants involving contractual disputes, competition and consumer law claims, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) claims, partnership disputes, equity and trusts disputes, strata title disputes and negligence. Chloe regularly appears as instructing solicitor in Supreme Court of Western Australia trials, interlocutory disputes and mediations.

Prior to joining Bennett, Chloe worked at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Perth and primarily dealt with Criminal Property Confiscation disputes.
