Demi Swain

Demi is a Senior Associate in Bennett’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution section.

Demi has experience across a variety of Federal and Western Australian jurisdictions, including as an instructing solicitor in a number of Supreme Court of Western Australia trials and interlocutory disputes. She also regularly appears in the District and Magistrates Court of Western Australia.

Demi is the Chair and Social Sub-Committee leader of the Law Society of Western Australia’s Young Lawyers Committee.
