Felicity Minchin

Felicity practices in Bennett’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Felicity is an experienced lawyer with a strong background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has advised ASX‑listed companies, private corporations, and individuals on a wide range of contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters across both Federal and Western Australian jurisdictions. Her practice includes complex contractual disputes, tort claims, insolvency matters, Corporations Act matters, competition and consumer law issues, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Bennett, Felicity worked on several high value complex construction disputes and has conducted arbitrations seated in multiple jurisdictions.

She also served as a Judge’s Associate at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
