Jodi Martins

Jodi is one of our 2026 Law Graduates.

Jodi joined Bennett in April 2025 as a Research Clerk and has since progressed into the firm’s Graduate Development Program.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) at Murdoch University.

Jodi is currently undertaking her Practical Legal Training through the Piddington Society.

Prior to joining Bennett, she worked as a clinical pharmacist at Fiona Stanley Hospital and for VAD at the Department of Health. She also gained valuable experience during her degree working at commercial firms, the State Solicitor’s Office and Community Legal Centres.

Jodi is looking forward to gaining experience across our range of Bennett’s practice areas, including defamation, employment law, corporate law and construction law.
