Nathan has been the Managing Principal of Bennett since October 2016 and has oversight over all aspects of the practice.
Nathan is a highly regarded commercial litigator and dispute resolution lawyer, recognised by Doyle’s Guide as one of Western Australia’s leading practitioners. Since 2021, he has also been recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia for Litigation, reflecting his reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven advice to clients in complex disputes.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Nathan has acted for public and private companies, partnerships, trusts and high-net-worth individuals in significant matters before the Supreme Court, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. He is known for his commercial approach, strong advocacy and ability to guide clients through high-stakes and sensitive disputes with confidence. In recent years, Nathan has further expanded his practice to include employment, succession and agribusiness matters.
Beyond his legal practice, Nathan has served on the board of disability support organisation Identitywa since 2009 and was a councillor of the Law Society of Western Australia for six years between 2014 and 2020.
