Taleesha Elder Joins Breakout Session At State of Social ’24: From Clickbait to Critical Thinking: Media Literacy For A Digital Future

We are excited to announce that Senior Associate and member of our Media and Defamation group, Taleesha Elder will make her debut at the State of Social Conference 2024.

Taleesha regularly advises and represents clients in defamation and media law matters and has a keen interest in representing members of indigenous corporations in corporate disputes.

Taleesha has acted on high-profile defamation matters, including:

  • Reynolds v Higgins

She has also assisted clients with prepublication advice and has contributed submission in respect of reforms to both:
