Bennett announces pro bono partnership with Consumer Credit Legal Service WA

Bennett is pleased to announce its new pro bono partnership with Consumer Credit Legal Service WA (CCLSWA), a community legal centre providing free, confidential legal advice and support to Western Australians experiencing credit, debt and consumer law issues.

Through this collaboration, Bennett and CCLSWA will work together to support access to justice in Western Australia.

The partnership reflects Bennett’s commitment to applying its litigation, dispute resolution and commercial law expertise to matters where legal assistance can make a meaningful community impact. Bennett’s pro bono team supports disadvantaged or marginalised individuals, organisations working for the public good and matters that raise issues of public interest.

Bennett looks forward to working with CCLSWA to strengthen pathways for vulnerable consumers to access legal support and to contribute to broader efforts that promote fairer financial systems and consumer protections across Western Australia.
